Summer Workout Program
This is the image for the news article titled Summer Workout ProgramBeginning on June 1, we will be opening up the weight room and track for off-season conditioning for high school and junior high athletes. We will be limiting group size to nine (ten including the coach). We will be running sessions at 7:30 am, 8:30 am, and 9:30 am. Each time slot will consist of no more than 18 athletes and have two groups. One will be working out for 30 minutes in the weight room and the other for 30 minutes at the track and then switching. Students will be required to adhere to social distancing guidelines, which will be strictly enforced. This will include bringing your own water bottle. Weight areas will be disinfected between student usage. We will be sending out information to sign up for different time slots next week. Off-season conditioning is not a requirement to participate in athletics during the school year but we were given the go-ahead by the county health department so we are going to provide the opportunity for those who want to participate in the workouts.
