North Platte School District Fall Activity Guidelines

We are thrilled to see our North Platte athletes compete! For this to continue, we all need to stay healthy and follow the Platte County Health Department’s guidance for both inside and outside sporting events. We are not limiting the number of fans at this time.  All concession stands will be open, but they will only serve prepackaged food items and drinks.

 

Football:

  • Masks ARE required if you are sitting in the bleacher area.
  • If you are sitting in another area, sitting with family, and can ensure social distancing from non-family members, masks will not be required.
  • Parents, please do not let kids bring footballs and play on the hill area. We need to ensure social distancing for them as well.
  • When not competing, athletes will be required to wear masks indoors.
  • Mask requirements include:Administration, coaches, concession workers, anyone selling items at a game, chain gang, statisticians, clock operators, officials to and from the field, gate workers, ball boys

 

Softball:

  • Masks ARE required if you are sitting in the bleacher area.
  • If you are sitting in another area, sitting with family, and can ensure social distancing from non-family members, masks will not be required.
  • Mask requirements include:administration, coaches, concession workers, gate workers

 

Volleyball:

  • Masks ARE required at all times inside for fans.
  • When not competing, athletes will be required to wear masks indoors.
  • Mask requirements include:administration officials when not officiating, coaches gate workers, concession workers, clock worker

 

Cross Country:

  • Masks ARE required if you cannot guarantee social distancing.
  • Mask requirements include:administration, coaches
