Mr. Karl Matt is the Superintendent of the North Platte R-I School District. Mr. Matt has been in education for 26 years, including 21 at North Platte. He has served the district in many roles throughout his tenure. This has included Superintendent of Schools, High School Principal, Junior High Principal, and Intermediate Principal, as well as athletic director, A+ Coordinator, curriculum director, and head boys' and girls' basketball coach. Mr. Matt resides within the North Platte School District just outside of Camden Point with his wife, Amy, and children, Mallory and Brenden, who both attend schools in our district.
Mrs. Carmen Lamar joined North Platte in October 2013, serving as Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent. She was appointed Secretary of the Board in May 2017. She brings experience from serving in the central office of the Buchanan County R-IV School District.
Mrs. Staci Guinn joined North Platte in 2019 as a part-time Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent.
